This custom desk is part of the library cabinetry
Both bookcases (shown below) are 8 feet, 10 inches in width, and flank the walls on each side of the desk.  The unit below is 7 feet, 9 inches high at the center portion, and is 1 foot, 8 inches deep.  The bookcase sections have adjustable shelves, and the center base cabinet has two roll-out shelves.  This traditional style cabinetry has fluted pilasters and dentil trim on the crown, with black painted applied molding on the doors.  The cabinetry directly below has variable heights and depths, and feaures two Enkeboll carved corbels on the center pilasters.  The angled ends of the desk and the bookcases allow for a graceful transition from cabinetry to the wall.
